Welcome to Our Community!

We're looking forward to meeting your family and getting to know you better. As many of you know, our neighborhood is a nice mixure of retired people, active working men and women, and young families.

Since we are no longer in the building stage of our development, we will need your assistance to keep things moving forward. Finally, we are here to look after the needs of all the residents. Please contact us if you need assistance to resolve a problem or issue that may involve the HOA.

Community Safety

The following are a few reminders to ensure our community remains a safe place to live.

Be aware. In the past there have been suspicious people and cars in the neighborhood and most recently a series of auto burglaries.
Security. Ensure you lock your homes and cars to deter theft.
Be a good neighbor. Offer to keep an eye on a neighbors house if they are away for recreation or business.
Call the Platte County Sheriffs Department. If you see something suspicious that requires investigation or want a deputy to check your home while your away, the PC Sherriffs Department can help.

What is the Wheel Barrow about?
During the better weather months Copper Ridge HOA residents have a monthly casual gathering called “Wheel Barrow Night” Someone in the community once a month will volunteer to host a gathering in their driveway or their deck/ patio where neighbors can come and socialize, get to know one another, and share conversation. The wheel barrel is put out the Wednesday before the Friday evening event. The events generally start at 7pm and go till everyone leaves. It is Bring your own preferred beverage and chairs. So watch for the Wheel barrel in the front yard of one of our residents and come by and visit and get to know your neighbors.

Trash Cans being left out in front of homes.
We ask please put your trash cans out of site. It is clearly stated in the covenants that trash cans shall be kept out of view (page 31 para. S)

Please review the section in the covenants about maintaining lawns and landscaping.
